Members present: A. Moon, PRenaud, KO’Connell, JFletcher. RMarshall, Peggy Waterhouse, TQuackenbush (contractor)
Members viewed the proposed parking lot location and access to the house from the parking lot. We then surveyed the area out back where children will have activity areas. We reviewed the former barn site and proposed areas for nature exploration, etc.
Members then entered the building and surveyed the downstairs and upstairs premises where children would be present. Conceptual renovations to be completed were briefly discussed by Ms. Waterhouse.
Members viewed the cellar and furnace area of the premises.
The site walk concluded at 7:40 p.m.
